P.S. the release date has to be earlier than 3rd May 1969, because this entered Billboard's album chart the week of 26th April. Reviewed in BB's 12th April issue, so most probably released in the first week of that month.
Also issued in the 1980's (probably in the "Nice Price" series) in a single sleeve, dark blue Epic labels, and catalogue number variations PE 26456 and E 26456 (my copy has the PE prefix on the cover and E prefix on the labels) and with barcode 0 74642 64561.
Sounds like it was because of B2 that when James Brown concocted his own record with that title, he added the pre-title "Get Up - I Feel Like Being Like A."
