I have a variation that might be an import? Everything is the same except back sleeve is professionally overprinted
Licensed and Distributed by RCA Limited. For Public ......etc blah blah

my understanding is that Limited companys don't exist in the USA (usually being INC. etc) ?

...it's fairly difficult to tell, but the (nearly) same picture of DB is used on a Spanish RCA 7" issue from 1973, which I picked up in Majorca, same year 1973, whilst on holiday.
