Notes

POLYDOR K.K. release
MGM label - "MM" Series

Following the worldwide reorganization of the Polydor group of companies in 1970, Nippon Grammophon Co. of Japan changed its name to that of Polydor K.K. Several items originally issued by Nippon Grammophon were made freshly available under Polydor K.K. with the new company name appearing on album sleeves in the positions previously credited to Nippon Grammophon. All MGM releases, with the exception of the last listed, have an "MM" prefix. To facilitate easy reference, they have been entered in numerical order, bearing little, if any, resemblance to a chronological sequence.

Regarding all different label and prefix releases of the above set as separate issues, there are SIX Japanese editions devoted to the USA LP MGM SE 3853 CONNIE FRANCIS SINGS SPANISH & LATIN AMERICAN FAVORITES. The set was originally marketed by Nippon Columbia on mono MGM SL 5022 in December 1960 and on stereo MGM YS 5004 in March 1961. Its third edition, with a new picture sleeve, was marketed by Nippon Grammophon on MGM SMM 1025, who subsequently issued first a BLACK/MULTI label edition of CONNIE FRANCIS SINGS LATIN on MGM SMM 2003, followed by a BLUE/GOLD edition with the same prefix.

Same content and album design as Nippon Grammophon MGM SMM 2003 edition.

B7 composer credit is a typo and should be "Junco"
