| | In as much as we have 'rules' rather than just 'guidelines', we will tend to keep all versions together if the cat# is the same. What we do is - as much as we can - put the label/sleeve images in chronological order within the entry (with, if possible, a note on the image stating whether the image is of a later pressing). |

| | What are the rules for uploading images here?
If a record is released in 1960, it is impossible for it to have, for example, an orange label from 1969.
Shouldn't each version have its own entry, so that the years are correct? Not all label versions have the same cover either. What is now shown is completely misleading. |

| | I've unexpectedly got a copy of this from a Discogs seller, who uses other mostly "junk" records to assist with packing!
A little tatty original 1960 issue. Nice to have. I look forward to listening to it. |

| | With a nod to An6y66, added a better front cover. Plus a back cover for good measure, if needed. |

| | I wouldn't have expected to still see this album being re-issued in Mono as late as 1969.
You learn something every day. |

| | An6y66- Your images are of the first issue in Nov.1960. Subsequent pressings from about 1962 onward would have been on the RCA Victor label with either a small Red RCA spot or a white one. My copy is on RCA Victor with a Red Spot label but still only has RCA on the sleeve. |

| | Got this in the charity shop the other day... one of those that the sleeve looked very tatty, but the vinyl is superb...
Anyway, got it home and examined the sleeve a little more closely, and realised the appearance was due to discoloured yellow 50 year old sellotape which someone had put on all edges for protection... now glad they did, as having carefully peeled the brittle tape off, and the now concrete-like glue residue, and wiped the whole thing over, it now is virtually a mint copy!
Very happy!
(I know this can be picked up for nearly pennies now, but still it's nice to have a little restoration effort rewarded) |
