83montlvr 21st Nov 2020		Okay, I have three different copies of this album, none of which are gatefold. I added alternate red label and front cover images from the first version which was a top load jacket and has "Mercury Record Productions, Inc., 35 E. Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois 60601 - Printed In U.S.A." vertically on the far left side. My other 2 copies are side load jackets with "(C) PHONOGRAM, INC., 1972 - PRINTED IN U.S.A." vertically on the far left side. I have the building label with factory code 72 on the label already represented. I uploaded the alternate building label with factory code 53. I hope this is not too confusing



GimmeVinyl 22nd Dec 2019		Ok.. I know this may be a little out if the scope of 45worlds vinyl album list.. but I own a 7 inch 33 on Mercury an excerpt EP of the LP Every Picture Tells A Story. 4 songs are on it.. I Know I'm Losing You, Mandolin Wind, Gasoline Alley, and the title track. Yes, this is a promotional release. I haven't seen it listed anywhere!! I'll have to dig it out of my 45 collection..where it's hiding. Has anyone else ever seen this?



TheDroid 23rd Sep 2017		Added tear off poster images. This was attached with a perforation allowing you to tear it off LP cover and use as a poster if so desired. The back had album information and photos of several musicians contributing to the record. When originally packaged in its' shrink wrap, the profile of Rod Stewart singing, with the song titles across the top, would have been the back cover of the album.



W.B.lbl ● 24th Apr 2016		As {Images #530218 & 530219} has been confirmed to be RCA Hollywood (given away by the 1" diameter pressing ring in the label area), then the Dynaflex method of pressing would have indeed been used. They did this with their custom clients as well as on their own LP releases. Even on some contract pressings of Columbia product, the few there were.



musictom SUBS 15th Feb 2016		My copy, identical to {Images #530218 & 530219} WAS pressed by RCA hollywood. Feels like Dynaflex but no such markings.
