@josmyselfandme. The stereo version should be indexed separately, as they tend to be on this site. Also, the stereo version's release date must be later than 1957 as the first stereo LPs were not released commercially in the US until 1958.
Ref. my note under the US pressing, apparently there was an extended version that added several additional film and TV tracks (such as "Hold On" by Herman's Hermits and the theme to the "Patty Duke Show"). I do not know if there was a Canadian pressing of that version. Also unknown if there was a Canadian stereo pressing, though most likely there was.
According to a Youtube uploading there was an extended version of this album released at one point as "The Man From U.N.C.L.E. And Other TV and Movie Themes" with film tracks by the likes of Herman's Hermits.
