It's pure Gilbert And Sullivan Operetta, fully formed and scripted, time changes and moodswings abounding, yet squeezed into the dimensionally defying time of 3 minutes ! The 12" Cat# was possibly used purely to enforce and emphasise the budget price of the record ? Anyhow, it's pretty certain that 8 track / 34min records on 12" World would only lead to future strife !!
