If the stress is on the first syllable, then 'a' is fine. If it's on the second syllable, then 'an' is far more euphonic. And I don't care what Oxford says...

TheJudge 1st Nov 2018		Vinyl Album Brand X - Product	Differs from the UK issue in that tracks A4 and B4 are swapped around. Funny thing is, I prefer the sequence on the US one, possibly because this was the issue I bought first, only buying the UK one when I ruined my US copy. And So To F... seems much better as the closing track of Side 1. Whichever track is placed as B4, it still cross-fades into April.
