wax_museum ● 7th Oct 2019 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Beatles - Help! | No, I didn't load these images. And I do contribute.
wax_museum ● 6th Dec 2018 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Doors - 13 | Not that I know of. It was short lived maybe only 1971. I have a few others too
wax_museum ● 5th Dec 2018 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Doors - 13 | 1971 - blue label
1972-73 marble no WEA credit
1973-84 marble with WEA credit
Something like that

wax_museum ● 5th Dec 2018 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Doors - L.A. Woman | Original label added
wax_museum ● 5th Dec 2018 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Doors - 13 | Here's the original label in all its glory
wax_museum ● 5th Dec 2018 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Who - The Who Sell Out | More likely 1968. But Polydor International did change to red Polydor by late 1969
wax_museum ● 5th Dec 2018 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Who - The Who Sell Out | There is also a polydor red label issue of this. The label should correctly be "Polydor International" in keeping with 45cat
wax_museum ● 4th Nov 2018 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Who - The Who Sell Out | I'm not sure who altered the label from Polydor International to just Polydor - which is incorrect. My copy I originally would have submitted would have been Polydor International, and I'm pretty sure mine was a mono

wax_museum ● 18th Sep 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumKiss - Double Platinum | Add cover, number of tracks not the only thing the Aussies did differently.
wax_museum ● 18th Sep 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumDonovan - Donovan's Greatest Hits | I love the term "stereorama" Reminds me of the Thunderbirds :-D
wax_museum ● 6th Sep 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumCat Stevens - Catch Bull At Four | Wassup - have you tried some Zoff adhesive remover?
wax_museum ● 29th Jun 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumLed Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin II | I think dazz coote meant plum the deep red - purple colour. I guess we plumb got it wrong
wax_museum ● 14th Jun 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumLed Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin II | Haha, yes, a spelling lesson too. From the Greek plumbium = lead.
I should have said plumb (sic)
wax_museum ● 11th Jun 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Rolling Stones - 'Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out!' The Rolling Stones In Concert | The unboxed DECCA lasted up till Milestones as far as I'm aware (1972), here in Oz
wax_museum ● 11th Jun 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumLed Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin II | dazz coote:I don't think this ever came out with any plumb colours in Australia. And the rarest Australian pressing of this is the MONO version. I think you are confused with the UK release.
wax_museum ● 1st Jun 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumDeke Leonard - Iceberg | Going by the cat #, but yeah the date on the label contradicts that. Well that's put a big gaping hole in my theory then Lee....
wax_museum ● 31st May 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumDeke Leonard - Iceberg | Date more like 1973
wax_museum ● 17th May 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Platters - Encore Of Golden Hits | Looks like original orange/brown would have been released 1963
wax_museum ● 29th Apr 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumDonovan - Donovan's Greatest Hits | Your notes say labels orange, but the original pressing is yellow with "Stereorama". Yours is a repressing. The orange label appeared 1973 not 1969.
wax_museum ● 14th Apr 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumSuzi Quatro - Quatro | Azguard, is this really labelled "Suzie"??
wax_museum ● 12th Mar 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumEurythmics - Sweet Dreams Are Made Of This | Has A834N bottom right corner of rear of cover - translation Phil?
wax_museum ● 5th Mar 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumKiss - Alive II | Thanks. I just looked and I have tattoos (and book which I knew about). I never realised I had the tattoos!
wax_museum ● 5th Mar 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumKiss - Alive II | Oh and is it an original or reissue?
wax_museum ● 5th Mar 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumKiss - Alive II | Cheers.
wax_museum ● 4th Mar 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumKiss - Alive II | I have this LP but has "Mfd by RCA Music Studios Under Licence" in the label. "Made in USA" on bottom rim. Is this a US issue? Or export? Don't know much about US LPs. Any help from US collectors welcome.
wax_museum ● 4th Mar 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumElton John - Goodbye Yellow Brick Road | I do own this, you beat me to it. I picked up my copy at a record fair for $4. I also have an early NZ s/t Elton LP (with royalty tags) and captain fantastic (a $5 purchase coz I liked the artwork). No Although it is a festival press, the 2LPs came with a different numbering system.
wax_museum ● 3rd Mar 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Who - My Generation | Have put this one at 1968 but could be 69, based on the small royalty logo, which seemed more common in the latter 60's unless someone knows a more accurate date?
wax_museum ● 1st Mar 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumCreedence Clearwater Revival - Cosmo's Factory | Is this another US date?
wax_museum ● 28th Feb 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumCreedence Clearwater Revival - Bayou Country | If the US version was released Jan 1969 and this Jan 5 1969, wow that was speedy!
wax_museum ● 26th Feb 2017 | | Vinyl AlbumStevie Wonder - (1963-1974) Wonderland | The usual on 45cat is to make a new entry for a different label (even with same cat#) so will leave at '76 as this seems to coincide with EMI motown releases.
