 These records marked by the record factory as "Unverkäufliche Musterplatte" were given to record stores to play for customers. Because they weren't supposed to be sold, record companies didn't need to pay royalties for these discs.(source)

The left stamp says "Öffentlicher Vortrag und Verbreitung durch Rundfunk nicht gestattet" (public performance or broadcasting not allowed." So these records were not supposed to be used for airplay by radio DJs, unlike later promo records.

 Intresting variant, but it is NOT a testpressing, but a promotional-disc, for airplay in Germany.
On the right side is a stamped inscription: Unverkäufliche Musterplatte, that means "promo-copy not for sale".
Authentic test records mostly have a white label with handwritten or stamped inscriptions, like the manufacturing-date, artist's name and song title and several numbers, like the matrix numbers.
