 Cover scans added. Unfortunately rear cover defaced by impossible-to-remove-without-tearing sticker. It covers the "first publication anywhere" claim which would seem to contradict the existence of a hardcover edition by Scribner and according to ppint the fact the stories were previously printed.

printing number-string drops the first two digits, retrospectively deeming one of the two first printings (conventionally accepted to've been the canadian-carcassed variant) to've been the second printing), leaving 3456789
