To fit into the new numbering system, in 1970 the number was internally changed to "0710004". Soon after that the LP was deleted, the remaining US covers were destroyed.

The real German original has a lower catalog number (SLK 16570-P), has no "Decca" emblem and no stars on the front cover. On the back cover and the labels is an emblem of "Bild und Funk", a German TV magazine.
I don't have my old copy of this record anymore and so I can't upload pictures. But on discogs you can see the pictures. Here's the link:

The release date on discogs (January 1969) is true. In 1968 there was no German "Beggars Banquet" at all. Teldec had been too slow, and so they had to import British albums for sale before christmas... (I remember that because in 1969/70 I was selling records in a shop in Hamburg every saturday).
