Campbell Connelly's 44th Song And Dance Album
1950s | Looking at the contents and the dates for the songs' 1st release dates in the U.K., I believe this would have been published in 1960.
I purchased the album due to one Gene Vincent song (Be-Bop Boogie Boy), dating from January 1959.

HMV Catalogue No 2
Oct 1924 | Sorry Robert, but this edition of the No 2 catalogue is definitely 1924. The No 2 catalogue was published annually for around a decade until it was reintroduced into the annual catalogue, so which ever one you are looking at with 1930 dates in it is a later edition. And there is no such thing as a No 1 catalogue.

HMV Catalogue No 2
Oct 1924 | it can't be 1924 as it references the oldest date of 1930 13 times in the catalogue. The front cover states "By Appointment To HM The Queen" (Queen Mary) and "By Appointment To HM Queen Alexandra". As Alexandra died in 1925 and Mary died in 1936 l can see why this is dated 1924. My best guess for this catalogue is 1932, although l can't think why it would still be printed as "By Appointment To HM Queen Alexandra". I have come to the conclusion that they simply used the same front cover from Catalogue 1 and did not think to remove the Queen Alexandra Royal Crest from Catalogue 2.

1970 | A late press/publicity photo of The Late, looking remarkably like the band in the early press photos of Unicorn. That’s because it’s the same band personnel. The Late signed with Transatlantic Records later in 1970, and the record label insisted on a name change to Unicorn for their 1971 label launch.

1978 | The Volunteers released one 45 on the Logo label in 1979.
The band comprised members of Unicorn, plus Rob Jacob. The setlist is from the collection of Pat Martin (bassist) and he suggests it could be from a gig at The Three Lions pub, Farncombe.
