There was a UK & US comic world on 45 spaces but it was shut down.a couple of years ago after over 600 entries had been made.

45 Spaces is so niche it's hard to get anybody to take the time to post stuff even though they may be interested in the subject. Seems to me unless it's mainstream nobody can be bothered :sad:

There were ten contributors and 657 items added. Admin messaged me to say that it was their intention to create a 'Comic World' in the more mainstream 45worlds.. So please don't add any more. Hasn't happened yet, but watch this space. [pardon the pun]
When I created the 'world' on 45spaces, it was confined to UK & US comics only.
It is still there but not accessible.

It doesn't help when the term 'comic magazine' is used.

We could certainly do with some clarity.

Also, we have items such as Freak Brothers. They do have ISBNs, being added as books, I presume just to get them on here which is fine by me. One look at the original series (not the Grass Roots special, maybe) says 'Comic'...
I'm a long time user of the site, but not a subscriber so I certainly can't grumble about anything. I'm not a collector, but would truly love a comic category though.

The items I had intended to add are, mainly, 'underground comix', some of which include The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers. I could locate my copy of R. Crumb's "Carload o' Comic" to add to Books.
