ordway1440 4th Feb 2023		Vinyl Album Original Broadway Cast - Hair (1968)	First pressings on the black RCA Victor label are scarce. Also exists as a mono LPM pressing, believe to be one of, if not THE final mono issue concurrently issued with a stereo counterpart. Insanely rare with less than a handful known to exist.

ordway1440 18th Jun 2022		Vinyl Album Jefferson Airplane - After Bathing At Baxter's (1967)	The Canadian Mono of ABAB is not only a fold down, but truly one of THE limpest sounding folded stereo mixes of all time. Avoid it at any cost.
ordway1440 31st May 2022		Vinyl Album Johnny Cash - Johnny Cash At Folsom Prison (1968)	The mono pressing has been confirmed to be a folddown. Folds usually weren't done at Columbia but by the end of mono in '68, it was a moot point.
ordway1440 28th Feb 2019		Vinyl Album Lesley Gore - The Golden Hits Of Lesley Gore (1965)	Features single-tracked vocals on YOU DON'T OWN ME and I DON'T WANNA BE A LOSER which are not commonly available. Also features the striped-down version of LOOK OF LOVE without the backing vocals and sleighbell overdubs.

ordway1440 5th Jul 2018		Vinyl Album Various Artists - Disco Teen '66 (1966)	The EMI tracks were issued here on Epic, so they would technically classify as true Columbia masters. Only the Ventures track is the odd man out on this album. Until around the turn of the millennium, this was the only place to get the extended fade version of POSITIVELY 4TH STREET.

ordway1440 13th Oct 2017		Vinyl Album Simon And Garfunkel - The Hit Sounds Of Simon & Garfunkel (1967)	Sadly these tracks were overdubbed to a small extent, also. HEY SCHOOLGIRL is a prime example. The original single did NOT have that tambourine and percussion on it, and notice how the fidelity of those overdubs is much much cleaner than the rest of the recording.

BOOKENDS, at least the US mono, is a fully dedicated mono mix, and an amazing one at that. Now if you were talking about THE GRADUATE OST, that is sadly a fold-down. My above comments apply to the US pressings....Your country's mileage may vary! ;-)
