Vinyl Album
Elvis Presley - Rock 'N' Roll (1956)
The hyphen in "Presl-ey" was an error in first prints.Printing was stopped and corrected.Hyphenated name on sleeve are therefore mega-rare,though not particularly desirable i.e.no extra cash ever paid for the erroneous printing.

Vinyl Album
The Carter Family - Amercian Epic: The Best Of The Carter Family (2017)
The comments made by Sladesounds are absolutely correct. So many historical recordings such as these are treated in a way that would display the compiler as someone who believed the music was, at best, a secondary type of music where no one would take notice anyway. A far cry from the days of Folkways, sadly.

Vinyl Album
High Livin' - Ernest Tubb (1980)
Many collectors have acquired this album, only to be greatly disappointed. The artist in this case is a band called High Livin'. The title of the album is "Ernest Tubb".....and just a few seconds into the first track is enough to display the error many have made.It is not even in the style of ET,so not even a tribute album.Caveat Emptor lol.

Vinyl Album
Elvis Presley - Rock & Roll No.2 (1957)
Actually, the sleeve is a yellow shade, more than orange.Reason for the orange shade on many images of this sleeve is because the light reacts on yellow.So....most(all?) of those orange-looking sleeves would actually be yellow.

Vinyl Album
Carl Perkins - Dance Album Of Carl Perkins (1959)
Track B3 was not written by CP.This was due to Sam Philips lack of a search for the original source. There is actually a clause in the copyright that denies royalty to the estate of CP.A release in 1957,on Decca,by The York Brothers, credits the writers as "Johnny"Country"Mathis & Webb Pierce".However, there was also a release of the song,on Acme,by Gene Thompson, but was uncredited,in 1951.A research of the composer credit goes back to 1936,for Alabama singer,Rex Griffin.
