I have a CD from the 90s with the same track listing (including the 'bonus track'), but with Rhythm Salad correctly titled. KW have never licensed this or their first three LPs under their own name for reissue.

The singles cat#s were similarly altered at that time. I suggest a new entry is needed (you should note that the sleeve carried the old cat#).
