Images Comments and Reviews TopPopper 19th Jan 2018 I think this is the unusual (some would say legendary) pressing whereby John's lead vocal in the final part of "Happiness is a Warm Gun" was mixed very low, much quieter than the (so-called) backing vocals. An6y66 15th Nov 2013 apparently this was released with a poster but it was censored for the african public. The doodle of john and yoko naked was edited so there was only their outline and no 'body parts' were shown. Also came with the separate band portrait photos An6y66 28th Oct 2013 Well I'm not saying how true it is I think the books a few years old now. So if people think that it's wrong then don't change the release date. gordon7009 27th Oct 2013 That does surprise me as I thought the later Beatles LP's were released simultaneously worldwide, give or take a few days either way. An6y66 26th Oct 2013 Christopher Man beatles worldwide discography dates this as Jan 1969. not Nov 1968. gordon7009 13th Oct 2013 Label scans uploaded. Note "Birthday" appears twice on the label for Side 1 Record Two, also on Side 2 Record 2 both "Revolution 1" and "Revolution 9" are listed as "Revolution". gordon7009 12th Oct 2013 My copy hasn't, but I bought it second hand, so I really don't know whether it should have the poster and photographs or not, sorry! An6y66 12th Oct 2013 I'm assuming this release never had the photos or poster included with the UK copies? But I may be wrong, I have a Russia white album poster so anything is possible! gordon7009 9th Oct 2013 Uploaded side 1 label scan, other three to follow when the scanner stops playing up...........
