Notes

This was a special release sold only on military bases for U.S. servicemen. This differs from SLK 16625-P as it has a square cover with dotted lines where you could cut the white corners off to make it an octagon. It is also a standard cover, not a gatefold. The catalog number on the labels are SLK 16625-P but the back cover and spine have the 'Ex' suffix. This may not have been issued until 1970.
