You can and here's how:- First download Goldwave This is recording software that can declick and do gazillions of other tricks But what your after is listening to 16 rpm disc. Goldwave comes with a timewarp feature, so by recording to your PC at 33 rpm and then timewarping at 50% it will appear correctly recorded at 16 rpm. I use Goldwave timewarp feature to record LP's at 78 rpm and timewarp at 42%, this records the whole LP (both sides total) in 10-15mins instead of in real time.

My theory, Decca had a new apprentice who was set to work on this album and it took a while to figure out his cock ups.. IMHO guess.
