scrough 4th Jun 2020 | | 78 RPMTerry Dene - Teenage Dream / Come And Get It (1957) | Your original scan (414575) is still in first position, and not replaced, but edited. It was sent by a mod for further editing to meet site standard in Jan 2013, and I edited it in Sept 2013. Hovering over the label image will confirm this.

scrough 1st Jun 2020 | | 78 RPMWilliam Starr - Cuckoo Waltz / Bluebird Polka (1948) | Best info so far says 1948
scrough 30th May 2020 | | 78 RPMMr. L. Rothery - I Want Some Money / Pucker Up And Whistle (1922) | Thanks Keith - it looks like many sides of 1041 to 1045 could have appeared with either name.
scrough 30th May 2020 | | 78 RPMMr. L. Rothery - I Want Some Money / Pucker Up And Whistle (1922) | The CLPGS reference series 'Imperial' booklet/database has both sides of this (and 1042 to 1045) attributed to Lionel Rothery, and recorded 30 Aug 1922. However the name on the B side cannot be Lionel Rothery. But it also says that 1039 and 1040 were issued as 'George Currie', a pseudonym for Rothery, which could fit what we can see of the name on the B side. Although announced as ready for release in September, 1041-1045 didn't become available until December because of the large number of orders received for this newly created label

scrough 29th May 2020 | | 78 RPMGabrè - Lolita / Allegri Scapoli (1928) | There is an alternative list of Lindström matrices here {link} which suggests a late 1927 recording date, so I've added a 1928 release date.
scrough 28th May 2020 | | 78 RPMGabrè - Lolita / Allegri Scapoli (1928) | I don't have a correct answer, but this page {link} suggests an Italian language recording made 1925-30, so worthwhile noting in these comments.
scrough 28th May 2020 | | 78 RPMGabrè - Lolita / Allegri Scapoli (1928) | Does the language suggest that this is an Italian release?
scrough 21st May 2020 | | 78 RPMMr. Fred Vernon - There Are Nice Girls Everywhere / When Father Papered The Parlour (1910) | Probably 8250 issued Sept 1910 (the master numbers given match). Fred Vernon is a pseudonym for Harry Fay.
scrough 19th May 2020 | | 78 RPMMr. Billy Williams - Save A Little One For Me / Meet You One Dark Night (1913) | Its the recording date. This disc came from Favorite masters (see Mike Thomas' Website).
scrough 18th May 2020 | | 78 RPMEddie Condon - Jazz Classics Series, No. 17 & 18 (1941) | The early release date of May 1941, compared to other near numbered releases circa. September, reflects the fact that a number of issues in the Jazz Classics series were advertised in May as 'To Special Order Only'.
scrough 18th May 2020 | | 78 RPMDuke Ellington - Jazz Classics Series, No. 21 & 22 (1941) | The early release date of May 1941, compared to other near numbered releases circa. September, reflects the fact that a number of issues in the Jazz Classics series were advertised in May as 'To Special Order Only'.
scrough 13th May 2020 | | 78 RPMHutch - Over The Hill / The London I Love (1941) | Both sides recorded 21 March 1941, so 1941 is an acceptable release date.
scrough 12th May 2020 | | 78 RPMHarry James - Trumpet Blues (And Cantabile) / Sleepy Lagoon (1942) | Probably best to add it as just 1942, as the UK release was October.
scrough 29th Apr 2020 | | 78 RPMNew Temple Quartette - God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen / Good King Wenceslas (1915) | The R suffix discs are completely new recordings made to take advantage of the new electric recording extended frequency range. Columbia and Regal also made many new recordings in 1923/4 to take advantage of improvements in acoustic recording.
scrough 28th Apr 2020 | | 78 RPMMr. Olly Oakley - Colored Major / Lumbrin' Luke (1911) | Added earlier labels with a nod to Redpunk. These labels have 'THE BRITISH ZONOPHONE CO. LTD.' above the centre hole, later labels have 'Product of THE BRITISH ZONOPHONE CO., Ltd., England'. B side label indicates the 'fast run-in' to the centre, and these earlier discs have a raised area at their circumference.
scrough 26th Apr 2020 | | CylinderImperial Infantry Band - Light Of Foot (1905) | Added release date. Release listings assign this cylinder to 'Imperial Infantry Band'.
scrough 24th Apr 2020 | | 78 RPMLeo Slezak - Freundlich blick ich auf Diese und Jene / Sag wenn ich fahr auf schäumenden Wogen (1908) | Although recorded in 1906, double-sided Gramophone Concert discs were first issued in July 1907 in Berlin and Vienna. As this label does not have 'The Gramophone & Typewriter' company name, its pressing date will have been in 1908 or later, so I've nominally dated it as 1908.
scrough 21st Apr 2020 | | 78 RPMStanley Kirkby - It's A Long, Long Way To Tipperary / Old Comrades March (1914) | X95 is a Phoenix (UK Columbia's ultra-cheap label) matrix. You'll find this on Phoenix 02. The Stanley Kirkby side is on Regal (UK Columbia's cheap label) G-6671
scrough 21st Apr 2020 | | 78 RPMJames Hume - Under Freedom's Flag / Barcarolle, 'Tales Of Hoffman' (1919) | Added clearer labels [?with nod to myself?]
scrough 21st Apr 2020 | | 78 RPMSignor Tapiero - Under The Double Eagle / War March Of The Priests (1910) | Added later label variations from 2 discs.
scrough 21st Apr 2020 | | 78 RPMBritish Military Band - The Liberty Bell March (1903) | This label is the missing link between the original Zon-o-phone issues (see here) and G&T Zonophone issues of Zon-o-phone material. Dated as 1903 to make listing flow properly, although should probably be 1902.
scrough 12th Apr 2020 | | 78 RPMLizzy Stein Och Gösta Bodin - Säg, Skall Vi Träffas I Kväll Kl. 11? / Lördagsfröjd (1933) | Agree.Definitely after 1932. From our Gram Co/HMV Sweden biography:
The Polyphon label was used in the Scandinavian countries from 1920 to 1932 when it was replaced by Polydor in Norway, Sweden, and Finland. The Polyphon label was kept in Denmark where it exists today [1970].
scrough 12th Apr 2020 | | 78 RPMS. Feyrou, Jean Sorbier - Les Chansons De Bob Et Bobette IX | Agreed Mike, so I've moved it, although it could have also have been Belgium. See the label prefixes in the WERM encyclopedia, that section downloadable from here {link}.
scrough 12th Apr 2020 | | 78 RPMNew Queen's Hall Light Orchestra - Summer Days Suite, No. 3 (1928) | Moved release date to Feb from April based on Ronald Taylor's Columbia 12 in discography.
scrough 12th Apr 2020 | | 78 RPMWilhelm Hesch - Piff, Paff, Puff a. "Hugenotten" / Choral aus "Hugenotten" | Gramophone Company discs were always 'International' with regional branches choosing the discs in their catalogues. Both sides were recorded in 1905. As noted in the comments on G.C.-2-43200/G.C.-4-42182, Gram Co. UK only introduced double sided discs in September 1912 (Plum label B and C series), other continental branches introduced them in 1907 - Berlin (1st July), Vienna (15th July), and Paris, Milan, and Scandinavia (15th August). As this is a 'Gramophone&Typewriter' (G&T) it dates to 1907 approx., since the 'Typewriter' part of the name was dropped in November that year.
scrough 10th Apr 2020 | | 78 RPMImperial Regimental Band - With Sword And Lance March / Waldmere March (1914) | The database supplied with CLPGS Reference Series 27 gives both these sides being issued on Homophone 571 and 572 respectively, with Billy Williams on the other sides, issued in June 1909. This release seems to be sometime later than April 1914, after which 336 'new' Homochords were issued using Homophone recordings. The label is a later design than the green Homochord labels shown in our listings, and re-introduces the harpist image seen on Homophone labels.
scrough 6th Apr 2020 | | 78 RPMVarious Artists - 'Tis Mabel! / Poor Wand'ring One (1929) | It looks like 'This' but if there was no full stop after 'Record' and 'Not ' was 'not' it would read as perfect English. And as you saw only yesterday in one of your entries, HMV label variations do not have to match between sides.
scrough 6th Apr 2020 | | 78 RPMHadda Brooks - Polonaise / Polonaise Boogie (1946) | @fredhoyt - I've created a new 'Modern' entry for the two label images previously here and moved them to that, and linked the two releases. The original submitter will understand why as they are also a mod. But mods can't change (or move) ownership, credits or ratings, so we worry about doing things like this as some people think we are hi-jacking their entries etc.
scrough 6th Apr 2020 | | 78 RPMVarious Artists - Pour, O Pour, The Pirate Sherry / When Fred'ric Was A Little Lad (1929) | I've moved both your images to the top, as coloured "Nippers" came before monochrome. See also my mod notes added to your 'delete B' comment.
