The Electric Light Orchestra - E.L.O. 2 (1973)
Also malcy your copy has momma as the title on the label whilst mine is mama.
Your copy is a later pressing I believe.

Electric Light Orchestra - Out Of The Blue (1977)
added variant labels with much smaller font on side 4. The labels also have a matte finish not the glossy labels like the others. Can only upload disc two because the disc one that is paired with it is the same as the one already uploaded. Obviously got switch about in a record shop a while back.

Vinyl Album
Electric Light Orchestra - Out Of The Blue (1978)
added black vinyl copy with variant label.
Also sleeve made by CBS this has a much larger Jet logo than the UA sleeves.

My copy of this on blue vinyl has the jetdp labels as above but is in a UA sleeve. Is it possible that CBS records were sold in UA sleeves or has this just been mixed up in a record shop at some point?

Vinyl Album
ELO - Secret Messages (1983)
Am I right in saying (or did i just dream this?) that the US release of this never had the 'Contains secret backwards messages' on the back cover because they were worried Americans wouldn't get the joke?

Marillion - B'Sides Themselves (1988)
The front cover is made up from the artwork of different single covers, which have their b-sides featured on the LP.

The main face is from assassing, his lips are from he knows, you know. He has a Tux-On (b-side to sugar mice). The images in the 'shards' around his face are from the artwork featured on the sleeves of Market square heroes, kayleigh and incommunicado.

Also note that the versions of Market square heroes and Three boats are not the original single versions but the re-recorded mixes found on the b side to punch and judy.

Marillion - The Thieving Magpie (La Gazza Ladra) (1988)
Added scan of merch sheet. Its not just the scan that's hard to read the colour scheme of blurry red on grey doesn't work very well

Electric Light Orchestra - Discovery (1979)
added the other side of the merch sheet with fan club offer.
Also i have a sleeve with limited edition poster stuck on. Was the poster just limited to the first pressing then?

The Move - Move (1968)
The artwork for the sleeve was designed by 'The Fool' the same people the Beatles used for the psychedelic inner sleeve that came with the first pressings of sgt pepper lp

Electric Light Orchestra - Balance Of Power (1986)
It seems alot of the later Lps and singles were imported from holland. All the record shops i go to never seem to have uk pressings of them anyway.

The Electric Light Orchestra - No Answer (1972)
Called No Answer in America supposedly because when the man in charge of the USA release asked his secretary if she'd rung england and found out what the title should be she replied 'No Answer '.

The Electric Light Orchestra - The Electric Light Orchestra (1971)
On my copy of this the inner sleeve has an old newspaper cutout. Thought i scan it in before it completely disintegrates. mods feel free to hide it.

see here this is the best Russian Beatles discography I have found. If you scroll past the hundreds of pictures he explained that this was definitely sold in Russia. The bottom right of the sleeve shown agrees with what the author says about the price being 8 roubles as well.

Electric Light Orchestra - A New World Record (1977)
Well if black and red were released simultaneously then both will have the same labels I guess. Also malcyramone you seem the person to ask, how limited were these coloured pressings?

Marillion - Misplaced Childhood (1985)
The intro to blind curve mistakenly plays twice once in the fade out of lords of the backstage then again in the fade in to blind curve.
Obviously whoever was in charge of the banding wasn't paying attention.
