Can't say anything about the label size. But I find it interesting that this label has both the small "o" between the gramophone horn and Nipper that characterized Oakland pressings and a small capital "H" in the scroll work at the top of the label that marks a Hollywood pressing. This must be a very early pressing by the RCA Records Pressing Plant, Hollywood, which seems to have been active from at least 1935.

Let me guess, this had what appeared to be 68.0mm (shrunk from 68.5mm) labels and a 63.25mm pressing ring? I actually have records with those dimensions - made for home use, to record messages at home.
