Side 4 = 00546 (red label) or A60-00546 (white label)

The 'A60 00543 007' no. is absent from the white labels. Both the red and white labels are from the Leningrad factory (Ленинградский Завод). So much for reading the label info., hopefully it helps.

I have a battered copy of this where disc 1 is the same as here but disc 2 has a white label with the same design as this issue but with very different text layout and a different catalogue number, A60-00545. I've added it to here for reference rather than add a hybrid entry. Any suggestions welcome.

Image 3205873, the front-page ad from Billboard dated February 24th 1973, actually says "Album available March 1", which was a Thursday; both March 3 and March 10 were Saturdays, and nothing was ever released on that day of the week. Billboard's cover date was always a Saturday, and Billboard's date doesn't correlate to a release date.

My copy was bought in 1982 and had the SACEM rights cartouche. The BIEM is the first issue. As is shown here, the slightly later issue has no name and no title on the front cover. All details show on the spine.

Oh, this copy has the LC-code on the labels. We have a re-release from around 1976 or a little bit later. NOT 1969.

Hi Whassup. Your pics are from a later re-issue of the Pink Floyd lp-album. Just look at the LC-code on the right side of the label. Released around 1976. The circles with the speed-information on the bottom of the label are elliptic and not really round. The round circles are used on the labels from much earlier issues.

Hi,my Italian copy has different matrix dates.
A-Side: 12 - 9 - 73 II
B-Side: 11 - 9 - 73 II
A-Side label carries the round Italian SIAE-stamp.

A few days ago i have found a curious variant. German cover with the mentioned catalogue-number and a record, with German-language copyright-text on label, but with Made in Sweden inscription on the bottom.

HI Gian_paolo. Yes, very funny. I own a Saucerful of secrets LP-Album, German second-edition cover with 1C-0172-....number, filled with a UK-second edition vinyl-disc black-silver boxed Columbia-label with SCX-Stereo-Number on it. Also a little bit weird. Maybe such hybrid-records were sold on a lower price, as discount-offers, but i´m not sure. I don´t think, that it was a "mistake" by slippery traders, also not caused in the record-pressing plant.
