Licensing agreement no. 2111/M3 from 12.11.96 between RCA and Spurk Ltd,". For a little more on Spurk, see here. I wonder about that 'Licensing agreement' text in the light of this, and think that the Notes should denote this as a bootleg, and perhaps the label changed to 'Спюрк'.
